We would all like to feel good and happy all the time, but the reality is that day-to-day life involves a mix of ups and downs. What if there were strategies you could learn to manage life's challenges more effectively and be able to focus more of the positives?
This 6-week group explores ways you can increase your resilience and sustain a positive outlook. Expect fun, interactive activities like music, mindfulness, and identifying strengths and values.
This is a closed group of up to 10 participants, meaning that participants are encouraged to commit to all 6 sessions to get the most of of their experience.
